What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-hemmed denim is considered final sale and cannot be returned.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?

How should I care for my raw denim?
To preserve the color and character of raw denim, we recommend washing as infrequently as possible. When necessary, hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent and hang to dry. Avoid the dryer to prevent shrinkage and fabric damage.
Can I have my jeans hemmed by you?
Yes, we offer complimentary hemming on all full-price denim purchases. Simply specify your desired inseam length when adding the item to your cart. Please remember that hemmed items are final sale.
