Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you bought, so if your order isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items at our Nashville studio, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
