while we've sampled and tested several different iterations of a long short to complement the warmer days, it never felt quite right... until we realized the solution was right under our noses.

starting with our tried-and-true frankie fit, we quickly found the slouchy high rise, relaxed top block, and wide leg lended itself perfectly to a new life as a short -- so, we cut the leg, bartacked the hem to feature the selvage detail, and the rest is history.
